Michael Anthony Seay, 57, of Moulton, passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 at Lawrence Medical Center. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, June 01, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Calvin Jones officiating. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Russellville.
A native of Russellville, Mike was born on January 26, 1967 to the late Ralph and Arlenia Fike Seay. He was the youngest of 12 brothers and sisters, and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He began his career at Denbo Recycling which then became Tennessee Valley Recycling followed by SA Recycling working there for 36 years. He enjoyed working outside not only at his job but also at his home, but only if Alabama wasn’t playing. Roll Tide!
Survivors include his wife of 33 years Charlotte Seay; children, Brittany (Matthew) Callahan, and Cody Seay; grandchildren, Aurora Callahan, Eric Callahan, and Oliver Callahan; sisters, Glenda (Jimmy) Pearson, and Darlene (Scotty) Fortner; brother, Jeff (Tina) Seay; sister-in-law, Pamela Hamm; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Pete Seay, Burns Seay, Bud Seay, Billy Seay, John Seay, and Ricky Seay; sisters, Patsy Seay, and Janie Smith; and his parents-in-law, Jimmy Eric and Patricia Landers.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Callahan, Cody Seay, Alex Evans, Landon Clark, Brandon Seay, and along with other family and friends.
