Mettie Lee Herston, age 84, of Five Points, TN passed away Friday, January 09, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Grassy, AL, retired from Kay Windsor, and a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Lillie Bell Shelton Wilson; and two brothers, O.J. Wilson and Austin Wilson.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Gum Springs Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at Gum Springs Baptist Church at 11:00 AM Sunday, January 11, 2015, with Chad Clanton officiating. Mrs. Herston will lie in state at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Bonnertown Cemetery in Bonnertown, TN.
