Funeral service for Merita Faye Kent, 72, of Danville will be Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11:00AM at Peck Funeral Home chapel with Brother Benjamin Sides officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Peck Funeral Home.
Ms. Kent died on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at North Alabama Medical Center. She was born on May 29, 1949 in Morgan County to Edmond Franklin Peppers and Dorothy Jean Armstrong. Ms. Kent was a loving mother. She was proceeded in death by her parents and her brother: Kenneth Peppers
Survivors include:
Sons: David Junior Kent and Lloyd Edmond Kent
Daughters: Lisa Taylor (Todd) and Debra Adams
Brothers: Randy Peppers, Johny Peppers and Jim Peppers
Sister: Carolyn Letson
