Funeral service will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 20, 2024, at True Light Church of God in Christ (6380 Pulaski Pike NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens.
The Starks family will receive guests from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
