Melissa Darlene Click Ayers, 68, of Grant, passed away Monday.
She was preceded in death by father, Thurman Click; mother, Betty Anderson Click Jones; step-father, Kenneth Jones; and sister, Sherriel Childress.
Surviving are husband of 52 years, Floyd Jerry Ayers of Grant; two sons, Brian Ayers and Randy Ayers both of Grant; step-daughter, Roschell Clark (Rodney) of Grant; eight grandchildren, Ashley, Elle, Annie, Elijah, Ethan, Zach, Tucker, and Emma; five great-grandchildren, Raeleigh, Hayden, Oliver, Clarklynn, and Houston; three sisters, Anita Wilder (Danny), Glenda Foster (Booge), and Teresa Troup (Ronnie) all of Grant, a host of nieces and nephews she was extremely close to; her dog, Chloe; and special friends, Anne Lewis, Arlene Stapler, Brenda Givens, and Jane Lemley.
Arrangements will be announced after Christmas.
