MCSO Arrests Two Suspects In Rash Of Robberies

MADISON COUNTY-The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has issued a statement concerning a rash of robberies in Madison County.  The MCSO has arrested two suspects in regards to these robberies:

“Between the dates of November 29th and December 21st, a total of five robberies targeting businessesMay be an image of 1 person occurred within Madison County.

Among these businesses, four were Mapco or Circle K establishments located in the Harvest and Madison areas, while the fifth was R&R Liquor Store situated on Hwy 53.

The closed-circuit video surveillance footage revealed the presence of one or two black males wearing face masks and gloves and carrying a black handgun. After conducting extensive investigations, the Madison County  May be an image of 1 personCriminal Investigation Division identified two suspects, namely Tyler Dixon, aged 23, and Tarquinious Thurman, aged 28.

Dixon was charged with two counts of robbery in the first degree, while Thurman was charged with five counts of the same offense. Both suspects are currently in Madison County jail with no bond set.

It is important to note that additional arrests may be forthcoming.
