Funeral service for Mazine Morgan, 84, will be Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Methodist Church with Bishop Fred Nichols and Bishop Ray Bennett officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Bethel Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Morgan died on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at her residence. She was born on December 9, 1931, in Morgan County to Elvin Holcomb and Kimmie Holcomb. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Falkville Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rudolph Morgan; her son, Frankie Morgan; her brother, Therman Holcomb and her sister, Fay Holcomb.
