Mr. Kenneth Chike OtiMazi Kenneth Chike Oti was a resident of Huntsville, Alabama. He passed away on October 12, 2024 at the age of 74.

He was born on January 11, 1950 in Arochukwu, Abia State, Nigeria. He is the son of the late Mazi Isaac Nwaogwugwu Oti and Oriaku Nwanyimma. Kenneth graduated primary school from St. Matthew Primary School in Mgbedeala, Nigeria and Secondary School from Priscilla Memorial Secondary School in Oguta, Nigeria. He then went on to pursue his higher education in the United States graduating from Alabama A&M University receiving a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning. Kenneth operated many successful businesses in the oil industry owning multiple gasoline companies and a private-owned family restaurant.

Kenneth was a devout Christian, and a faithful member of the church for many years. He enjoyed family time, and always had a smile on his face. He was willing to help anyone in need and had a heart full of compassion.

He will be sadly missed and leaves behind his beautiful beloved wife of 45 years: Josephine (Uche), his children: Nkemdirim, Nwada, Obinna, & Oma, grandchildren: Dayshaun, Noah, Amanesi, & Chimnora, brothers: Eng. Donatus Otum Oti & Bishop Kennedy Oti, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Faith Chapel (3913 Pulaski Pike, NW Huntsville, AL 35810). Mr. Oti will lie in repose one hour prior before service time.
