Maxine Jones, 90, of Decatur passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013, at South Hampton Nursing and Rehab. Mrs. Jones is survived by her son, Jay Jones (Marsha) of Decatur; three granddaughters, Misty Sprague (Steve) of Virginia, Marni Karazulas (Mark) of Georgia and Jonni Smotherman (Scott) of Alabama; and five grandchildren, Chase Sprague, Paige and Piper Smotherman, Kaitlyn and Anna Karazulas.
Graveside service will be at Grinter Chapel Family Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas, at a later date. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
