Mavis Audeen Bullen McCullar, age 92 of Hamilton, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, February 04, 2025, at Marion Regional Nursing Home in Hamilton, Alabama. Mavis was born in Hamilton, Alabama on Monday, February 22, 1932, to W.H (Bill) Bullen and Venona Samples Bullen.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Jerry McCullar (wife, Janet), Pat Anthony (husband, Michael), Terry McCullar (Ann), Libby Paris (husband, Al), Lynn McCullar (wife, Naomi), Phillip McCullar (wife, Angie); Thirteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren, a host of great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, T.J. McCullar; grandson, David Oliver; parent, W.H. (Bill) Bullen and Venona Bullen; daughter-in-law, Henrietta; and seven siblings.
The visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, February 07, 2025, at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will be held at 11 am on Saturday in the chapel with Bro. David Webb and Bro Lowell Sartin officiating. The interment will be at Fulton Bridge Cemetery.
Marion County Funeral Home will assist the family.
