Mattie Ruth Behel Wallace, 88, died Thursday, February 12, 2015. Funeral service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Beltline Church of Christ. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the church. Burial will be at Tri Cities Memorial Garden.
