A graveside service for Mattie “June” Wickware, 87, of Toney AL, will be on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11:00AM at Johnson Chapel Cemetery. June was born on July 9, 1937 to Elmer and Grace Puckett in Morgan County, AL. She died on Friday, October 4, 2024 at Limestone Health and Rehab.
June was a loving mother who loved traveling, cooking, making clothes, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her kids and grandkids. She traveled the United States, raised a family and she was a member of Johnson Chapel church. June was preceded in death by her husband Harvey Wickware, brother Warren Puckett and her parents.
Survivors Include:
Three sons: Bradford Wickware (Dannet), Samuel Wickware (Chrissi), and Daniel Wickware (Dana).
Daughter: Julie Dawn Wickware Klein (Joe)
Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
