Matt Lee Holt Matthew “Matt” Lee Holt, or better known as “Pops” or “Shop Vac”, passed away in an automobile accident on Monday, October 07, 2024, in the Mt. Hope community.
Matt was a simple, but hardworking and dedicated worker who loved his job at Campbell Farms. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone, including giving them shoes from his feet. He loved attending church and had gone to Hackleburg Community Church, the Cowboy Church of Franklin County, and Cedars Church in Russellville. He brought smiles to everyone, had the best sense of humor, loved going to yard sales and auctions. He was a loving father and was so proud of his pride and joy, his daughter, Ashley. Matt really loved his Momma and his life was never the same when she passed away. He leaves his friends and family so many wonderful memories that they will cherish forever and think of him often with a smile.
