Mathew Erik (Matt) Hader – Obituary

Mathew Erik (Matt) Hader was born June 19, 1974 in Jefferson City, MO the son of the late Charles Wayne and Delilah Kay Sport Hader.

He was united in marriage to Charlotte McBride on April 19, 2002.

Following high school, Matt attended Crump Vocational Technical School. He had many talents and skills, including carpentry, vinyl siding, welding, electrical maintenance, and production work. Matt also attended Culinary School in Missouri and worked for a time as a chef. He worked the longest for Leon Murray, installing vinyl siding for approximately 8 to 10 years. Matt enjoyed playing computer games, fishing, and spending time with his children and grandchild. He was a Baptist in faith.

Matt departed this life on February 3, 2014 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 39 Years, 7 Months, 15 Days. He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Charlotte Hader of Selmer, TN; two daughters, Felecia Hader of Kossuth, MS and Emilee Hader of Selmer, TN; two sons, Austin Carlin of Selmer, TN and Brandon Hader of Selmer, TN; a grandchild, Paislee Oliver; five sisters: Lisa VanNorman and husband Carl of Garnett, KS, Tina Capps and husband Eddie of Russellville, MO, Maya Phillips and husband Joe of Bethel Springs, TN, Stefanie Hader of Eldon, MO, and Cheyenne Hader of Eldon, MO; a brother, John Hader of Eldon, MO; his step-mother, Ellen Hader of Eldon, MO; and many extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Matt was preceded in death by three brothers: Charles (Chuck) Hader, Mark Sport, and Michael Sport.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
