Mathaelio Irizarry Ward Profile PhotoIt is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mathaelio Irizarry Ward, who left this world far too soon at just 22 months old. Born on December 7, 2022, Mathaelio brought immeasurable joy to his family and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. His gentle spirit and vibrant smile lit up every room, leaving behind memories that will be cherished forever.

Mathaelio was a true water baby, always splashing with delight and filling the air with laughter during bath time, one of his favorite parts of the day. He also loved being outside, exploring with boundless curiosity. A little adventurer at heart, he found magic in nature and sunshine, and his joy reminded us to embrace life’s simplest pleasures.

His face would light up with joy whenever his beloved characters – Paw Patrol, Miss Rachel, the Trolls, Pets, and the Minions – appeared on the screen. These moments filled his world with wonder and happiness.

A little boy with refined taste, Mathaelio loved his food but was not one for messes. Handsome and radiant, he had the most beautiful smile that brightened even the darkest days.

Mathaelio was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Tikara Black.

Those left to cherish Mathaelio’s memory are his parents, Manuel Campos and Jaedyn Ward; paternal grandmother, Norma Preicado; maternal great grandmother, Darlenne Bean; maternal great grandpa, Felix Irizarry; aunts, Melissa Preicado, Maricol Preicado, and Karla Campos; uncles, Tristan and Issaih Ward; and countless family members and friends who adored him. Though our time with him was short, the love and joy he brought to our lives will remain in our hearts forever.

A Celebration of Mathaelio’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM with visitation two hours prior to the service at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Steven Davenport will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Maury County Animal Shelter in Mathaelio’s honor.

The care of Mathaelio Irizarry Ward and his family has been entrusted to the staff of Spring Hill Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
