Mary Ruth Hill, 78 of Athens, Alabama, died Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at her residence.
Mrs. Hill was born June 25, 1944 in Limestone County, she was a member of Round Island Baptist and she was a homemaker, loving wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Mrs. Hill was a member of the Silver Threads Club. The Tanner Homemakers Club, both of these because of her amazing seamstress talents.
There will be 1:30pm Graveside Service Saturday at Lentzville Cemetery with Mike Green officiating.
Visitation is from 11am until 1pm Saturday at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Zach Hudson, Mason Hill, Fred Peters, Tim Estes and Don Evans.
Survivors: Husband, Bobby Hill of Athens. Daughters, Lynn (Rusty) Hudson of Athens and Gwen (Jake) Peters of Nashville. Son, Travis (Becky) Hill of Athens. Grandchildren, Zach (Ana) Hudson, Emily Hill, Mason Hill and Fred Peters. Great Grandchildren, Ella Hudson and Adrian Hudson. Brothers, William Earl Estes of Athens and Dewey Estes of McDonough, GA. Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by, Parents, William Sherman Estes and Erlean Estes Fisk. Memorials may be made to Affinity Hospice.
