Mary Peterson passed away on September 9, 2023 at age 72. Mary Agnes Peterson was born in Fresno CA to Rose Ann McDermott Peterson and Fred Peterson. She graduated San Joaquin College of Law. Mary was selfless, always putting first those around her. Family was important to her, but her daughter was the center of her world. She did what she could to make sure her daughter had a good life. She enjoyed reading and watching movies.
Ms. Peterson is survived by her daughter Samantha Michaels, her brothers Richard (Carolyn) Peterson and Don (Debbie) Peterson, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband Paul Michaels, parents Ann and Fred Peterson, and brother Alan Peterson.
