Mary Lois Demus Gray, age 71, of Florence was called home on Sunday, July 22, 2012. Visitation will be Monday, July 23, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will be Tuesday, July 24th at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Ronny Jones and Bro. Wade Richardson officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mrs. Gray was a member of First Baptist Church, Center Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Gray; parents, Rev. Nick O. Demus and Christine Duncan Demus; sister, Ann Winter; brother, Jimmie Demus. Survivors are her children, Mike Gray (Dana), Debbie Poole (Allan), and Michele Moore (Gene); sister, Irene Bevis; grandchildren, Jarrod Poole (Heather), Derek Poole (Leah), Ashleigh Gray Stephenson (Adam), Magen Gray and Shayna Moore; great-grandchildren, Tyson Poole, Caden Poole, and Brynleigh Stephenson.
