Mary Judy Holden, 76, of Florence, passed away March 24, 2025, at UAB in Birmingham, AL. She was a homemaker and a member of and piano player at Gray’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She always kept her house immaculate, and her cornbread and biscuits were without equal. Survivors include: Husband: Donald Arthur “Don” Holden Son: Rodney Holden (Amanda) Daughter-in-law: Melissa Barnes Holden Sisters: Joann Moore (Larry) & Sheila Holden (Lexie) Brother: Keith Wilson (Hilda) Grandchildren: Hannah Sims(Reno), Eli Holden(Ella), Easton Holden, Emmett Holden Elli Holden Great grandchild: Bristol Sims Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends Preceded in death by: Parents: Sterling Wilson & Betty Jean Morrison Wilson Son: Clay Stevenson Holden Daughter-In-Law: Tonya Michael Holden Visitation will be Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 11:00am – 1:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Jacob Murphree officiating. Burial will be at Emmaline Stutts Cemetery. Family will serve as pallbearers.
