Funeral service for Mary Irene Poppleton, 83, will be Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Poppleton passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024 at her residence. She was born June 28, 1941, in New Mexico, to Karl Wayne Conrad and Antonia Estella Romero Conrad.
She was an X-Ray Technician, employed by St. Joseph’s Medical Center, in Joliet, Illinois, prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband; William Leroy Poppleton and her parents.
