Mary Frances Robinson – Obituary

Mary Frances Robinson, 76, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born November 5, 1938, in Itawamba County. She was a homemaker. She was an avid genealogist and enjoyed gardening, her flowers, and quilting.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 30, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Jimmy Dale Sartin officiating. Burial will be in the Robinson Family Cemetery.

Survivors include four sons, David Dotson and Steve Robinson (Doris), both of Tremont, Jerry Robinson (Nina) of Saltillo and Greg Robinson (Monica) of Cleveland; one daughter, Christy Lynn Robinson of Shelby; two step-daughters, Barbara Palmer (Bob) and Elaine York (Sam) both of Cookeville, TN; two half-brothers, Mark Coburn of Fulton and Joe Coburn of Tupelo; 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Hamilton “Ham” Robinson; her daughter, Jacki Robinson Crawley; her mother, Mertie Mae Pate Mauldin; her father, William Aubrey Forrester; a granddaughter, Faith Dotson; and her half-sister, Deborah Coburn Mullins.

Pallbearers will be Richie Robinson, Matt Bennett, Jonathan Robinson, Bradley Robinson, Corey Kyle, and D. J. Buchanan.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Wednesday, April 29, at the funeral home.
