Mary Frances McKinney Smallwood, 95, Muscle Shoals, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 24, at Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Ed White officiating.
Frances was a member of Valdosta Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Smallwood; parents, Newton and Sarah Jane Morris McKinney; and her siblings.
Frances is survived by her children, Walter Smallwood and Sarah Box; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family offers special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and Cypress Cove Nursing Home.
