Obituary of Mary Frances Cole Mary Frances Cole, 92 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on December 13, 2022. Mrs. Cole was born Mary Frances Cantrell on December 22, 1929 in Shelby County, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Clay Cole of Maury County, Tennessee.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Carla Tipton (Doug), Larry Cole (Peggy), Regina Cole and James Cole; her grandchildren, Christopher Tipton, Zachery Cole, Megan Lones, Effridge Engelhardt, Jackie Branham and Aaron Engelehardt; her great grandchildren, Rowan Tipton, Braden Tipton, Memphis Tipton, Caden Cole, Delilah Cole, Emma Lones, Bryar Lones, Dillon Sears and Collin Sears.

Mrs. Cole preferred to be addressed as Frances. She was a member of Riverton Holiness Church and loved gardening. Mr. and Mrs. Cole met in Nashville. Mrs. Cole was working at Werthan Bags, a Cotton Mill in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Cole joined the Air Force and Mrs. Cole was a military wife. Their family lived all over the US and in Japan as part of Mr. Cole’s military service. In her later years, she helped families care for their disabled loved ones.

You may visit with the family on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00pm in Valhalla’s Celebration Chapel, officiated by William Cantrell. Interment will immediately follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens in the Garden of Everlasting Life.
