Mary Emily Brown, age 88, of Hodgenville, KY passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at her residence. She was a native of Ethridge, TN, a homemaker, and a lifelong member of the Church of Christ where she attended Shady Grove Church of Christ and Hodgenville Church of Christ in Hodgenville, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius Wilson “JW” and Ida Bell Wildman Gray; her husband, Troy “Johnny” Brown; four brothers, Bonnie Gray, Raphel Gray, Bernie Gray, and JW Gray; and two sisters, Ruth Wright and Helen Norman.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 24, 2016, with Jeff Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County , TN.
