Mary Elizabeth Batie Sparks ,57, of Albertville, AL passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 in Crossville, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 16,2020 at Albertville Funeral Home Downtown Chapel with burial to follow in Memory Hill Cemetery. Anthony Batie will officiate. Pallbearers will be Matt Benefield, Chad Benefield, Brian Beckles, Brayden Timmons, Neal Lang, Taylor Holcomb. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Williams, Brodie Benefield. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at Albertville Funeral Home Downtown Chapel. Preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Hazel Dobbs Batie, father, Jimmy Boyd Batie. She is survived by her daughter, Terasha Lang, son, Benjamin Lang, sister, Donna Benefield, brother, James Anthony Batie (Laurie), grandchildren, Leah Lang, Judd Lang, Taylor Holcolm, daughter-in-law, Jane Upton.
