Mary Celestine Willcox, 85, of Huntsville, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 7, 2021 at her daughter’s house.
Survivors include her loving husband, John Willcox; daughters, Janet Lee (Davin), Jean Matthews (Kenny), and Jill Green (Robert); sons, John Willcox (Pam) and Joe Willcox (Noy); 23 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Johnny Whalen (Phyllis), Gordon Dover (Nita), Danny Dover (Elizabeth), and Charlie Dover (Donna); and her sister, Linda McCormick (Jack). Mary was predeceased by her sister, Rosalie Duncan; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be at Laughlin Service Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 10 from 5 to 7 p.m., a Rosary will follow with Father Alan Mackey leading. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 11 at 10 a.m. with Father Michael MacMahon officiating. Interment will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
