Mary B. Limperis, 76 of Arab Alabama, Pine Lake Village Community, passed away Wednesday August 24, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Mary was born March 22, 1940 in Marshall County Alabama to William Earnest Bunch and Margaret Ann Feemster Bunch. She was a 1958 graduate of Arab High School. She and her husband of 58 years, James John Limperis lived in Texas, Montgomery Alabama, Delaware and then moved back home to Arab. She was a home maker, enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Birmingham.
Mrs. Mary is survived by her husband: Jim Limperis; sons and daughter-in-law: John and Karen Limperis and Paul Limperis; daughter: Matina Bevis; grandchildren: Mary-Morgan Limperis, Katherine Limperis and Star Limperis; one brother: J.C. Bunch; one sister: June Neeley; two God children: Annette Perry and Mary Nixon. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Margaret Bunch; and her brother: John D. Bunch.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 27, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Rev. Fr. Paul Costopoulos, officiating. Burial will be in Union Grove First Baptist Church Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Danny Perry, Tim Matsos, Jay Pollock, Tim Barclift, Jarrod Harney and Troy Wagnon.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 27, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel prior to the service.
