Mary Ann Sullivan Haney, 80, of Athens, Alabama passed away July 1, 2023 at her home. She was born January 11, 1943 to William Harris Sullivan and Nella Louise Vinson Sullivan in Athens, Alabama.
Mary Ann has lived in this area all her life and was a member of Wooley Springs Baptist Church. She was a bank teller for 44 years.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert E. Haney, Sr; and three sisters, Martha Murray, Frances Raby and Glenda Vincent.
She is survived by her three sons, Robert (Lisa) Haney, Jr., Christopher “Bubba” Haney and John J. “J J” Haney; grandchildren, Taylor, Eric, Molly and Sophie; great grandchild, Kasen Moore; along with numerous nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 6, 2023 from 11 AM – 2 PM at Wooley Springs Baptist Church, 28025 Bethel Road, Toney, AL 35773 with the Service immediately following with Bro. Tony Boyles and Bro.
