Mary Ann Belavitz, age 74, of Fort Walton Beach, FL died Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting her family with local arrangements.
Miss Belavitz was born January 30, 1947, in Scranton, PA to Anthony Chester Belavitz, Sr. and Anna Lesavage Belavitz. She was preceded in death by her parents. Miss Belavitz worked in administration for an insurance company and was an aprons representative for Publix. She was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.
She is survived by one brother, Tony C. Belavitz of Fort Walton Beach, FL; one sister, Dottie Henry (Michael) of Decatur, AL; one nephew, Alex Norville (Catherine) of Madison, AL; and two great-nieces, Janvier Norville and Alexandra Norville, both of Madison, AL.
