Mary Alice Money, age 89 of Winchester, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Elk River Nursing Home. She was born on September 22, 1934, in Paint Rock, Alabama. Mary Alice was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Winchester. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward H. Money; mother, Ella L. (Austell) Money; stepmother, Leona Payne Money; sister, Dorothy Faye Glasner; and nephew, Danny Rush. Mary Alice is survived by her brother, James Paul (Barbara) Money; and nieces and nephews, Stacey and Steve McClendon, Chip and Leah Money, Mary Ellen and Wayne Brown, and Phillip and Cindel Jackson. Visitation will be from 10-11am on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro.
