Mary Alice McMullins Wells, age 81, of Guntersville, was born Dec.4, 1942, and passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Marshall Medical Center North.
Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Beulah Cemetery. Bro. Tony Holcomb will officiate her service. Pallbearers will be Bill Key, Jonathon Wells, Nathan Key, Matthew Charles, Corey Yarbrough, Jason McCullars and Stanley Sumners. The family will receive friends from Noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home before the service.
She is survived by her children Debra Yarbrough, Chuck (Norma) Wells and Michelle (Bill) Key; grandchildren Corey Yarbrough, Jonathon (Brittaney Cochran) Wells, Destin (Matthew) Charles, Nathan, Emily and Jared Key; eight great-grandchildren; sister Sarah Shrader and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Ray Wells; parents William and Alma McMullins and brothers Kenneth McMullins and JW McMullins.
In honor of Nana’s special Grands and Great-grand Corey, Jared and Hudson, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Nana’s memory be made to The Maker’s Child.
