Marvin W. Martin 89, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, January 2nd. Mr. Martin was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He had a distinguished and varied career as a successful business owner, primarily in the Real Estate Development and Home Building area, former president Board of Realtors and Home Builder’s Association. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita O’Rear Martin.
Survivors include his son, Marvin Martin Jr.; daughter, Karen J. Martin; granddaughter, Dana Nicole Davis; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 6th at First Baptist Church Parlor.
