Marvin Humes Williams, age 66 of Lynchburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Tennova Medical Center in Shelbyville. He was born in Huntland on January 17, 1954. Marvin was preceded in death by his father, Humes Alvie Williams; brother, Larry DaleWilliams; and grandparents, Alvie and Annie Williams, Ruby Watson, and Homer Goodman. He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-eight years, Betty Williams of Lynchburg; children, Russell Williams (Rachel Warren) of Huntland, Kristy (Brian) Roagers of Knoxville, Rhonda Deaton of Winchester, Tracy (Scottie) Owens of Winchester, Jennifer Brannon of Lynchburg, and Jeremy Adams of Winchester; mother, Peggy Williams of Huntland; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Dewayne Williams of Huntland; and best friends, Mark (Donna) Price of Indiana, and Kendall Richie of New Mexico.
