Marvin C. Britt, aged 88, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS. Born in Toccopola on February 16, 1936, to John Henry and Edgel White Britt, Marvin was a proud graduate of Toccopola High School. He served his country in the United States Air Force and enjoyed a lengthy career in Tool and Die. Marvin was a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a dedicated Master Mason.
He is survived by his sons, Tim and Steve Britt; grandsons, Chad, Chris, and Jerod Britt; ten great-grandchildren; and his brother, James Britt. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Nancy Britt, and his son Tony Britt.
A Graveside Service with Masonic Rites will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 3 PM at Buckhorn Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc is managing the arrangements.
