Mr. Marty Lynn Overman, age 64, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2025 in Jackson. He was born December 9, 1960 in Lexington to the late Joe Harold and Betty Havener Overman. He was a former employee at the chain factory and attended Old Bethel Church. He loved ham radios and metal detecting. Survivors include his children, Bethany Ennis (Justin), Tiffany Hensley, Daniel Willis (Kimberly), and Wesley Overman (Kelly); his two grandchildren, Rowan Willis and Addison Ennis; and his dog that he adored, SugarBear.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM, Friday, April 4, 2025, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Old Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, 4 – 8 PM and on Friday, 8 – 11 AM.
