Martin Alba Arabejo, age 72 of Belvidere, Tennessee, formerly of the Philippines, passed away on June 14, 2024, at Erlanger Health Systems in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Martin was born and raised in Palauig, a province of Zambales, Philippines, on November 17, 1951, to the late Pedro and Leoncia Arabejo. Martin was an avid farmer, who had a green thumb for his fruits and vegetables, and a grower of mango in the Philippines. He and his wife, Lucrecia moved to Belvidere, Tennessee in 2010. Martin was currently employed for the last twelve years at Rusken Packaging and was an active member in the Belvidere First Baptist Church. In his spare time, you could find him taking photographs, listening to music, watching Wheel of Forturne and movies from the Philippines. Martin will be remembered by all knew him as who was humble and kind. In addition to his parents, he was proceded by his siblings, Celso Arabejo and Angelo Arabejo. Martin is survived by his wife, Lucrecia Arabejo; children, Julita Arabejo, Marlon Arabejo and Mary Caroline Arabejo; grandchildren, Jek-Jek, Anjo, Puding, Bakito, Keyk, Wawa, Bebegel, BK and Sab-Sab; one great-grandchild, Bakita; siblings, Zaira Arabejo, Edna Arabejo, Alma Arabejo and Jannette Arabejo; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 9:00am -10:30am at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with funeral service following at 10:30am from the chapel with Rev. Scott Jones officiating.
