Martha Weeks Legg, 90 of Athens, Alabama, died Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at her residence.
Mrs. Legg was born June 24, 1932 in Winfield, Alabama, she was a member of Emmanuel Baptist and she was a retired substitute teacher.
Services will be 1pm Thursday at Clements Baptist Church with Tim Anderson officiating and burial in Athens City Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11am until service Thursday at the church.
Pallbearers will be Zach Campbell, Zane Campbell, Cade Baker, Rusty Bates, Jeff Pugh and John Russell. Honorary Pallbearers are Dennis Clem, Keith Clem, Will Russell, Jay Vasser, Greg Greenhaw, Jason Scott and Clay Scott.
Survivors: Sons, Clint (Chasity) Legg of Athens and Tony (Wanda) Berryhill of Guin, AL. Grandchildren, Lilee Legg, Lucee Legg, Whitney (Dustin) Holcomb of Winfield and Ashley Berryhill of Winfield. Great Grandchildren, Jackson Trimm and Ava Tittle. Sister, Nell Mayfield of Winfield, AL.
Preceded in death by: Parents, Olin and Fannie Weeks. Husband, Bill Legg.
