Ms. Martha Odonnell, age 83 of Snowden Drive, Boaz, died Sunday, June 15, 2014 at her residence.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 11:00 am in the chapel of McRae Funeral Home. Bro. Tony Holcomb and Bro. Paul Lackey will be officiating. Interment will follow in Marshall Memorial Gardens, Albertville, Alabama. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz, Alabama is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Odonnell was born in Alabama on December 22, 1930 to Steve & Lona Skirlock. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law Terry & Teresa Odonnell; daughter & son-in-law Lona & Anthony Smith; grandchildren Alyssa & Sam Nichols, Courtney & Kendale Ball, Brian Odonnell, Trey & Casey Watson, Jessica & Josh Smith; great-grandchildren Eli Nichols, Presley Smith, Lily Smith, Brently Watson, Madison Watson; special niece Sherry Johnson; special friend Ruth Ray. She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Odonnell
Pallbearers will be David Dyar, Dwayne Dyar, Sam Nichols, Kendale Ball, Brian Odonnell, Bill Harrell, Jeff Bruce, Lynn Johnson.
