Martha O. Uffelman, 79, of Huntsville passed away Saturday. Martha was a longtime residence of Huntsville. She worked at Regions Bank retiring as vice president after 35 years. Martha was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church since 1965. She was also very active in U.M.W. and an active member the Du Midi organization of Huntsville. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, William Bradley Uffelman.
Survivors include her daughters, Becky Sparks and husband, Jimmy, Amelia U. Ragland; son-in-law, John Ragland, all of Huntsville; brother, Robert Officer and wife, Margaret, of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Matthew Ragland, Sarah, Ragland, Brad Sparks and Anna Sparks Kachelman and husband, Matt; great-granddaughter, Ila Kachelman; and dear friend, Betty Carter, all of Huntsville.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Trinity United Methodist Church. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Rick Owen and Dr. Charles Gattus officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church.
