Martha Etta Cooper, 89, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019. A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Cooper will be on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at 11:00 am at Roselawn Funeral Home with Jackie Kay officiating. Her visitation will begin one hour prior at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Mrs. Cooper was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was member of Central Baptist Church, and she will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Cooper is survived by her children, Debra Glass (Villard) and Mark E. Cooper, MD (Dixie); grandchildren, Wes Glass (Jessica), Ryan Glass, McKenzie Cooper, and Isaac Cooper; sister, Millard Ferguson. She is preceded in death by husband, I.E. Cooper. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
