Martha Ann Ethridge Turnbow was born in Henderson, County Tennessee on June 10, 1939, the daughter of Ruel and Opal Ethridge. On November 11, 1956 she was united in marriage to Clyde Turnbow.
Martha had a 33 year long career at Garan, Inc in Adamsville, TN. She assisted in managing the Turnbow family farm. She was a song leader and pianist for many churches and assisted the startup of Churches of many denominations. She gave her life to Christ as a very young child and her passion was serving Him until her death. She was an exceptional leader, friend, wife, mentor and Mother to many. She joined her preceding family and friends in heaven on October 29, 2016.
Ms. Turnbow is survived by two daughters, Teresa Ann Barnett and her husband Donald Barnett of Byhalia, Mississippi and Brenda Austin and her husband Mark Austin of Russellville, Arkansas; her one son, Jeffrey Turnbow and his wife Felecia Turnbow of Conway, Arkansas; four grandchildren: Chelsea Barnett; Star Austin; Altan Turnbow; Victoria Turnbow; and Ava Turnbow; one brother, Gerald Ethridge and his spouse Sandra Ethridge; one sister, Darlene Ethridge.
Ms. Ethridge was preceded in her death by her mother, father, and husband.
