Marshall L. Snider, of Muscle Shoals, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at the age of 78. His visitation will be Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Chad Holder and Daniel Milner officiating. A private burial will be held in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Marshall was the owner of Snider’s Barber Shop. He was a member of Highland Park Church of Christ and a former member of Tuscumbia Church of Christ. He was a member of the Tuscumbia Men’s Club and of the Tuscumbia Lion’s Club. Marshall was preceded in death by his parents, Clancy and Gertrude Snider; father-in-law, Albert Fuller; mother-in-law, Bettye Peck; brother, Milton C. Snider (Tom); brothers-in-law, Dennis Fondren and Bob Carnal.
Survivors include his loving wife, Doris F. Snider; children, Mona S. Maddox, Ginger S. Merritt and Misty S. Reid (Jerry); sisters, Mary Fondren and Marilyn Carnal; and grandchildren, Chase Milner (Heather) and Daniel Milner (Erika).
Pallbearers will be Bobby Denton, Mike Frederick, Jimmie Ardis, Jimmie Waddle, Max Eady, Clarence Johnson and Chuck Bradford.
