Marla Dale Easter, 74, of Tuscumbia, AL; passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Helen Keller hospital.
Mrs. Easter was born February 12, 1949; in Walker County, AL; to Marlin A. Anderson and Verna Mae McCullars Anderson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one son Patrick Hooie, and one brother Rick Anderson.
Survivors include her husband Michael Easter of Tuscumbia, AL; two sons Jay Phillip Hooie (Leigha) Sean Hunt Hooie (Jennifer), one daughter Summer Chance (Matthew); four brothers Clarence Anderson, Marlin Anderson, Jr., Curtis Anderson, Ross Anderson,; one sister Lisa Rodgers; seven grandchildren Reilly and Raina Hooie, Loran McCormick (Tucker) Luke Hooie (Emily), and Lawson Hooie, Hayden Chance, Sawyer Chance, Stepchildren Nicholas (Nikki) Easter, Lindsey (Dustin) Scott, Josh (Lauren) Easter, 11 stepgrandchildren, two great grandchildren Frances Clay McCormick and Betsy McCormick.
Visitation will be Wednesday July 5, 2023 at McConnell Funeral Home from 10:30-12:00.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday at McConnell Funeral Home at 12 P.M. with Stacey Crim officiating.
Burial will follow at Limestone Memory Gardens.
