Mr. Hood, who died Friday, January 19, 2024, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born September 23, 1967, in Alabama to Paul Dempsey Hood and Linda Diane Hill Hood. He was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Dewayne Hood. Mr. Hood was a pipefitter.
He is survived by three sons, Rocky Hood, Wesley Hood (Leslie), and Justin Hood (Halle); three daughters, Whitney Hood Williams (Tyler), Tori Hood, and Angel Hood; his father, Dempsey Hood; three brothers, Tim Hood, Tracy Hood, and Lance Yeager; one sister; eight grandchildren, Alexis Darracott, Cain Darracott, Raelynn Hood, Fayeth Hood, Elsie Hood, Jentree Hood, Lennox Hood, and London Hood; and a host of extended family.
Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be first cousins.
