Mrs. Marjorie Ellen Wagner, age 78 of Portland, Tennessee passed away Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born on July 23, 1946 in Port Clinton, Ohio to the late Don and Dora Kinsey.
In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Keith “Papa” Wagner.
She is survived by her children, David (Kristi) Wagner, Melinda (Allen) Dyer, and Doug “Buddy” (Stephanie) Wagner; grandchildren, Keith Barnes, David (Emily) Wagner, Luke (Amanda) Tibbs, Mary Kate (Jason) Boykin, Emily (Joseph) Phillips, and Callie (Thomas) Briggs; step grandchildren, Leah Dyer and Rachel Dyer; great grandchildren, Maxwell Boykin, Alice Phillips, Jackson Boykin, Millie Phillips, Carlie Briggs, and Eli Phillips; step-great grandchildren, Emmaline Briggs, Isaiah Briggs, Brennan Sturgill, and Amaya Sturgill.
There will be a private graveside service scheduled at a later date.
