Marjorie Dale Orear Grissom, 76, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at her home. She was born April 16, 1947 to the late Leburn Orear and the late Nellie Fay Johnson Orear. She was a God fearing woman and loved all of her children and grandchildren. She was a faithful member of Believer’s Baptist Church.
Services will be 11:00 am on Saturday July 1, 2023 at Senter Funeral Directors with Bro. Tommy King. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am Saturday in the Senter Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at Hillcrest Masonic Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her daughters: Melissa Lynch of New Site and Monica (Timothy) Boyette-Bowland of Golden; grandchildren: Timothy Boyette, Brandon (Tiffany) Hilburn, Tiffany (Coley) Hopkins, Michael (Bobbie Jean) Barron; great-grandchildren: Kholey Hilburn, Macie Hilburn, Jasper Hopkins, Justin Hopkins, Abigail Barron, Elijah Barron; sister, Joy (W.T.) McClain
Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Charlotte Cockrell, son-in-law, Arnold Lynch
