Marion Manet Jordan, 74, of Franklin, passed away on February 8, 2024.
She was born on March 11, 1949 in Florence, Alabama to Johnny Dixon and Peggy (Stewart) Dixon. Marion is survived by three children, Telisa M. Moore, Christopher Jordan (Sydria) and Richard Jordan and three sisters, Joan Jackson, Margaret Dixon and Jackie Carroll. Also surviving are grandchildren, Heather Jordan and Christopher Moore; Lennox Jordan and Quincy Jordan; Christopher Jordan, Jr., Sydney Jordan and Symone Jordan; great grandchildren, Egypt Jordan Moore, Tierra Smith, Savyion Smith, Trayvion Smith and Nathaniel Smith and great great grandchildren, Harmony Jordan-Moore, Jordan Royal, Heaven Royal, and Zymir Macko. She was preceded in passing by her parents, siblings, Emily Peters, Donna Woods, Linda Dixon, and Johnny Dixon, Jr. and also great grandson, Joshua Jordan.
Marion received her bachelor’s degree from Franklin College.
She was a School Teacher at Franklin Community High School.
She was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin, Indiana, Leadership Johnson County and Johnson County Senior Services.
