Marion Clem Murphy, 94 of Athens, Alabama, passed away on December 17th, 2023, at Limestone Health Facility. She was born on May 10th, 1929, to parents Homer Clem and Rowe Elna Pepper.
Ms. Murphy is survived by her 2 sons Joe Mason Ruf (Jennifer) and Bobby Carl Ruf (Belinda); her 3 grandchildren Bobby Joe Ruf, Joel Ruf (Amy) and Alyson Ruf and 3 great-grandchildren Haley, Mason, and Hannah.
Marion is preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers Homer Guy Clem, Earl Clem, and Jake Clem.
Services for Ms. Murphy will be held on December 19th, 2023, at 2pm at Athens City Cemetery with Jeff Drake officiating. A visitation for Ms. Murphy will be on the same day at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home from 12pm-1:30pm.
Marion loved cooking for her friends & family, loved animals and was a proud member of The Church of Christ.
