Marie Love was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on November 5, 1928 the daughter of the late Grover Clevland and Belle T. Thacker McCasland.
Mrs. Love was united in marriage to J. T. Love, who preceded his wife in death on January 23, 1975.
She was a sitter and was also a baby sitter for her grandchildren. Mrs. Love was a member of Clifton Church of Christ.
She departed this life on February 26, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 86 years, 33 months and 21 days.
Mrs. Love is survived by her children, Johnnie Gayle Witherspoon of Savannah, Tennessee, Sandra Jane Johnson of Savannah, Tennessee and George Tracy Love and his wife Sherri of Clifton, Tennessee.
8 grandchildren, Lisa Plunkett, Nancy Thompson, Darrek Funk, Billie Devan, Chad Love, Hannah Kate Love, Adrian Rich and Delta Dawn Love.
13 great grandchildren, Ashley Thompson, Lindsey Funk, Lucas Funk, Madison Funk, Allison Funk, Mckenzie Francis, Lake Plunkett, Hallie Brown, Jayden Dickson, Zane Vaughn, Lincoln Love, Kaitlyn Rich and Addison Rich
one brother, Freman McCasland of Savannah, Tennessee
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Carolyn Ann Love, one son, Randy Michael Love and two son in laws, Jack Funk and Bill Johnson.
