Marie Hopkins age 86, of Florence, died Friday, June 14, 2013. Visitation will be Monday, June 17 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Brother Paul Swindle officiating. Burial will be a Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Survived by children Steve Hopkins (Shelia), Stan Hopkins (Lydia), Mike Hopkins, Sandra Porter, and Susan Hines. Grandchildren, Andrea Porter, Marc Hopkins, Wesley Hopkins, Hannah Hopkins, Blake Hines, Justin Hines, Zoe Savranakis, Blakely Lee, Madeline Lee. Niece, Faye McCulloch and special friend Ruby Smith. Preceded in death by Husband James Ralph Hopkins, Parents Walter and Alpha McKinney, Sisters, Belva McKinney, Ruth Britton, Brother, Jerry McKinney Pall Bearers: Steve Hopkins, Stan Hopkins, Wesley Hopkins, Blake Hines, Johnny Lee, Kyle Boatwright We would like to thank the entire staff at Mitchell Hollingsworth Station Three. She was employed by Best Jewelers and Lon’s Jewelry Memorial may be made to the Veteran’s Administration.
